How to play:
1. Pick a fandom offered: CSI, LotR, Harry Potter, Gossip Girl, Star Wars, Dark Angel (or if you and I have a fandom in common, whatever. Kate, I'm talking to you about Undead and Unwed.)
2. Choose a pairing or characters, and one more specific if you'd like. Examples: Grissom and Sara plant a tree or Max and Logan go on a picnic.
I am willing to do slash, and any genre within reason. Crossovers are also cool.
3. You can also pick a Wild Card- choose a fandom and I will write a drabble that combines it with one of your interests listed on your LJ profile.
I will bust out a drabble somewhere between 75-150 words for you.
Consider it an Easter egg.

And indeed, cute icon.
260 words (Eh. close enough)
Date: 2005-03-28 08:25 pm (UTC)“What color would you call this?”
She holds the blindfold up for inspection, shivers as she fells Grissom’s gaze sear its way up her arm to the object in her hand.
“I don’t know,” he says softly, meeting her eyes with a slight smile. “But whoever owned it clearly liked pain.”
Sara wrinkles her nose and carefully bags the oddly colored piece of fabric. She’s thankful that the strange combination of purple and… something is now safely hidden behind opaque paper.
“I don’t really understand this,” she muses to no one in particular as they continue to poke around the scene. Two steamer trunks full of odd clothing and bizarre weaponry have been spilled onto the floor, a flowing silk sleeve just obscuring the face of a young woman. Very young- to Sara she seemed to still be in her teens.
Her reverie is broken by Grissom’s slight chuckle. She looks at him, frowning; she doesn’t know what he finds funny and it annoys her.
“I understand. Sara, this is what happens when a fangirl tries to sneak into an elf’s room for some… playtime.”
She quirks an eyebrow at him, inviting him to explain, and tries to ignore how her heart rate sped up when he said the word ‘playtime.’
He holds up a small card. She takes it from him, pretending not to notice when his fingers linger longer on hers than they should have.
“Elves In Black Leather- Official Membership,” she reads slowly. Her eyes fly up to his. “Grissom… what?”
His answering smirk wasn’t that comforting.

Thank you.
