01. Reply with your name and I will write something about you.
02. I will then tell what reminds me of you.
03. If I were to apply an o'clock to you, it would be...
04. I will try to name a single word that best describes you.
05. I'll tell you the most memorable moment I've had with you.
06. I'll then tell you something that I've always wondered about you.
07. Put this in your journal.

This time last week, I was freaking about finals. Now I'm freaking about finding a job.

Or, rather, I will be freaking later on. Right now I'm kind of relaxed and chill, and I don't think I want to ruin it with thinking for a while.

Things I'm not going to think about:

~ how next semester is going to be twice the burnout of this semester
~ laying down the ground work for a whole bunch of people to rent a house
~ surviving a CNY winter with the (VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE) heat on as little as possible
~ finding enough money to get to Jeannette's wedding next June
~ the middle future
~ chemistry
~ deciding which schools, if I get into any, that I will go to when I'm done at OCC
~ anyplace south of the Mason-Dixon line
~ getting my hands on midnight screening Ep. III tickets
~ the fact that all of my money next year is going to go on living expenses, and that even if it didn't, I wouldn't have time to spend it on anything else anyway
~ how in the hell I am going to get sleep next year
~ Alex's graduation
~ going to the bank later
~ losing weight vs. not losing weight
~ starting skating again
~ changing my major to get into certain schools

What I am going to think about:

~ the story I'm working on
~ taking a shower
~ cleaning my room
~ repackaging Kristin's package and mailing it again
~ working on "Il Dolce Suono" just for shits and giggles
~ dancing around the kitchen
~ starting a kimono fund for the future (in case I should in fact decide to stick to my original plans)
~ going to visit Nana for a weekend or whatever
~ running
~ a new layout/theme for my journal

One character's backstory is down. Actually, it was a fun ride, considering I started out with a vague date and a location and managed to research myself right into a storyline.

Started with: Germany, 1400

Ended with: Bohemia, circa 930

So, so totally not what I thought I would end up with. However, the story is more interesting and dynamic. I don't know if Julian's backstory will make it into the main story in its entirety, or if I'll do it as a spinoff.

Oooh, this thing is growing out of control on its own. I love when stories do that.

Everything except for the characters of Julian and Juliana is true, yo. Gotta love historical drama.

Basic premise: Amanda starts going to Northlands Community College. It's-- obviously-- way the hell up north, and right off the bat she notices that odd things are going down. As it turns out, it's a school that's open to almost anyone... including vampires, werewolves, banshees, and dragons, just to name a few. Its students have given it the fond nickname of Night School, since it's so far north that they only get three hours (or whatever) of daylight, and because of the nature of its students.

Amanda finds herself in with a new group of off-the-wall friends when she answers a Roommate Wanted ad in the local paper. Everyone gets into crazy adventures, personal and otherwise. Everyone's got a dark past that may or may not show up in the form of smug bastard vampires. Said smug bastard vampire may or may not have anything to do with more than one person (small world, ain't it?) And the worst thing yet- everyone's got to get their work in on time and pass their final exams.
