Well, it's official. I'm babysitting Jen's stepbrother for nine days while their parents are in Africa.

Their other babysitter got into a car accident sometime today and cancelled on them. Oooookaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

Anyway. Started working on another fic, and finally finished that one chapter I was hung up on in Element. Next one is going to be...interesting, to say the least. I'll post the link when I post it on ff.n.

I'm listening to this song. Kate wants me to use it for Arwen's death scene, but I'm not sure if I will. I like it, but it's not quite haunting enough. It doesn't even sound that sad to me. I don't know- I'll probably use Gift of a Thistle from Braveheart, just following Track 16 for Arwen and Aragorn's last pas de deux. We'll see.

Dad just blew a gasket about me not cleaning the stove. He was right. Except about the counter in front of the sink. I wiped that down, and he fucked it up when he dumped lettuce all over the place.
