You know, I think I had problems with those same two verbs myself. I probably couldn't even put them in a decent sentence anymore.

I took three years of French, loved it, and have never used it. I've now forgotten almost everything I learned.

I almost wish I'd taken Spanish. At least it would have been useful.

I think we should take a LJ field trip to France. Even if we don't understand what the fuck is going on, we can still stuff our faces with great food and look at pretty pictures.
