Yeah, so I had to do this wedding cake this morning. Things I learned:

~ Fondant icing SUCKS. No matter HOW EASY it looks.

~ Roses suck too.

~ It takes just under six hours to do a single layer with one tier wedding cake with red, green, yellow and blue flowers with "Congratulations Billy and Lyn" written in blue.

~ Food coloring stains.

~ I am the Cake Goddess. Fear me.
