This was a hard one...hmmm...I keep flashing back to that youtube video of you after HP&DH and drunk & disorderly comes to mind, but I think that's the exception rather than the rule. Overdue library books, perhaps, but you would have to accumulate massive fines to warrant an arrest. If it wasn't for the arrest part, I would probably say you were doing a ride-a-along for a story you were writing. Oh, dammit, I give up. I'm going back to my files...
Well, honestly, my first impulse was to say murder...but after reading over the other comments, I think public drunkenness or indecent exposure for having sex in public is much more likely.
