I have no idea where ArcadianWalnut found them. I saw the header one briefly on Entertainment Tonight, when they 'debuted' it, but I haven't seen it on the net anywhere since. Maybe if you asked her in a comment or something?

No clue where she found them. I saw this one on TV one night and have been looking for it ever since, to no avail. CBS didn't have them on the website, last I checked. Maybe if you commented her and asked her?
