nirix5Yesterday was one of those horrible/apathetic/indifferent-to-life yet doing-somthing-drastic- about it type of days. Example: wow, my fingernails look messy. I think I'll cut my fingertips off to take care of the problem.
The cause of this mood, in part, was working on drivers. I hate them, they hate me, end of story. Then John was telling me Why I Should Not Move Out This Year, Dammit Heather.
But! I managed to pry the truck out of Dad's cold, dead fingers and picked Quinn up from work (after waiting to pick up Mom at work for forty five minutes, and then making an ice cream and movie run for Dad. BAH.)
I walked into Wal-Mart and found Scott, Kyle, and Tim hanging out in the [closed] Radio Grill, and Quinn and I hung out with them for a while until Scott had to go back to work. Enter more hijinks in the parking lot. I wanted to push Kyle around in a shopping cart with the front of the car, but he chickened out and jumped away. To which I say "sissy" and turn my crazy Tejano music up louder.
Turns out, Tim and Kyle know Andy from the blacksmith booth at the Ren Faire. I was like woah! I know Jim and Tom! And they were like whoa! We don't know them, but Andy and Tom and Jim must all know each other! Dude!
Hmmmmmmmm. I so want to go this year. To spend the money, or not, that is the question. The ouija planchette is slowly moving towards yes. Maybe. I don't know.
Also introduced Quinn to brie cheese. He ate it, so I'm assuming he liked it, but he seems to eat anything but olives, so who knows.
