It's only eight thirty and already it's too hot.

Yeah, so now I’m all awake and stuff, and I feel like doing something, but I have nothing to do.

And it’s all Kate’s fault! (Just kidding, sweetie, you know I love you.) But it is her fault- she had to leave early this morning and I couldn’t go back to sleep. It was cool to see her again. We went to Borders last night (so many, many books. I could spend days in that store and die happy because there were so many books that I forgot to eat) then drove all over creation before heading back to my house, only to decide that we wanted to rent a movie so we had to go all the way over to Blockbuster in Liverpool because it was the only thing open. And eventually we wound up at Justin’s house, stayed there for ten minutes or so, and came back and watched Sleepy Hollow. We had to call J on the cell phone from his driveway because he didn’t answer the door after two rings. Dumbass.
But we got to talk a lot, which was good.

I really feel like doing something exciting. I’m tired but for once I don’t particularly want to sleep.

I… am a librarian.

I want to go out to lunch at a fancy restaurant and then go to a movie or something. Or the zoo. Thrice damned job, it is the only thing that stands between me and total world domination.

Well, maybe not.
