Yeah. Went to lunch with Dad yesterday, then came home and did more work. Tess and Mom took off for Jen's house, since her stepmom Laurie was going to do some alterations on Tess's Freshman Banquet dress. That wound up taking forever- the manufacturer made a mistake and the bodice had to be ripped out and resewn. Gah.

Jen's back from the world now. She did a Semester at Sea through her school, and went to Cuba, Brazil, Africa, India, Korea, Japan, and Alaska. I got to see alot of webcam pics and she showed me all the stuff she brought back.

She brought me back a sari from India! It's so cool! It's deep red with a yellow and orange flower pattern on it, and I love it v. v. much. She got me the bodice that goes with it, too, but it's too small for me to fit into. I'm actually wearing the sari right now, over my jeans and citygirl shirt, cause she showed me how to wrap it yesterday. It's hella long- six yards- that's eighteen feet, I guess? So it's a bitch to fold and wrap and stuff. But hey, I managed. And she got me bangle bracelets that match! HUZZAH!

Didn't stay too long over there, thought, as got smacked in the face with a monster headache. Ugh. So I came home and taped NBC for Jen, since she doesn't get it or something. Andy was here and stayed for a little while and then that was it, and I passed out. Yowza.

Going to go to the store with Mom now. Gonna wear my sari :D This is going to be fun.
